Mike began his career in 1999 as a fast moving rookie in the residential real estate market. Within months his activities caught the attention of the leading Commercial Real Estate firm in Utah Valley. Over the next two years Mike further identified his skills in Commercial and Investment real estate. He successfully completed 1031 Exchange and investment transactions in addition to establishing lease locations for retail and corporate giants and new companies alike. Some of the names you might recognize are Maverick Convenience stores, Panda Express and Fazolis. Mike was also instrumental in the quick establishment of several key locations along the Wasatch Front for Panda Express. After expanding into ownership of a manufacturing company and a brief stint with ReMax Kaua’i, Hawaii, Mike returned to Utah where he joined and became an asset to Investment Realty Advisors.

Danial is the newest addition to the Investment Realty Team. He lives and works in Summit and Wasatch Counties. His clientele ranges from California to New Jersey. He deals with upper-end resort and residential properties as well as land - both recreational and residential. Prior to becoming a Realtor he earned a degree in Paralegal Studies - worked complex business litigation for a major Salt Lake Litigator, then earned a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy from Utah State University. He was on the opening team for Midway’s Zermatt Resort and Spa and has been a successful F&B manager at other restaurants as well. Every year he has puts together a team to ride in the MS Bike Tour and works with other public interests groups when time allows.
